Marina Starke
Marina Starke is a senior colorist whose skills are evident in her ability to highlight refined details in films, shape images, and further define textures and light. Her work has won several awards: an AICP for Best Color Grading in Music Videos for “Snowblind” by Ásgeir’s, a Kinsale Shark for “I Saw” by Young Fathers, and a Filmlight Colour Award for “HORRA” by Mayyas. Starke worked with Netflix on the International Emmy-Award winning drama series “The Empress,” on the feature film “Paradise,” and the LGBTQIA+ historical documentary “Eldorado: Everything the Nazis Hate.” Additionally, she color-graded the feature “Bang Bang,” which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2024. Her commercial collaborations include spots for Sony, LELO, Coach, Versace, Maison Margiela, Mercedes, Nike, and Bose, among many others.
